Here's a simple recipe for Sun-Dried Tomato Hummus:

Ingredients:

1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (soak in warm water for 5 minutes if dry)

1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained (keep the liquid)

2-4 garlic cloves

1/4 cup tahini

3 tablespoons lemon juice

1/2-3/4 teaspoon sea salt

1 teaspoon dried oregano

2-4 tablespoons olive oil

1/4-1/2 cup reserved chickpea liquid (as needed)

Instructions:

Soak Tomatoes: If your sun-dried tomatoes are dry, soak them in warm water for 5 minutes, then drain.

Combine Ingredients: Place the sun-dried tomatoes, chickpeas, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, sea salt, oregano, and olive oil into a food processor.

Adjust Consistency: Gradually add the reserved chickpea liquid until the hummus reaches your preferred texture.

Season to Taste: Taste the hummus and add more lemon juice or salt if needed.
